Bill O’Reilly Debuts Interview Podcast ‘We’ll Do It Live’ From Fox’s Red Seat Ventures

One of Bill O’Reilly’s most infamous lines becomes the title of what he no doubt hopes will becomes a popular new venture.

“We’ll do it LIVE!” O’Reilly once bellowed from behind the desk of “Inside Edition,” the syndicated newsmagazine he once anchored before taking up a long run in primetime at Fox News Channel. His shouting was the result of a technical mishap on set that left him having to close the show in real time rather than with a taped segment. Over the years, the incident has gone viral, thanks to being preserved on YouTube and other digital venues.

Now the loud utterance is a rallying cry for a new podcast.

“We’ll Do It LIVE” features a weekly sit down between O’Reilly and celebrities and newsmakers from a wide range of fields. The new show is being produced by Red Seat Ventures, the digital-content production studio that Fox Corp. purchased in February of 2025. The company also works with Megyn Kelly and Tucker Carlson, two other former Fox News Channel personalities who have gone on to launch their own programming in an era when more consumers are gravitating to podcasts and YouTube programming not produced under the auspices of major media names. Fox Corp. has in recent months struck several alliances with content creators and influencers, tapping into them at Fox News Media, Fox Sports, Fox Broadcasting and Tubi, among other venues.

O’Reilly says he’s tapping modern distribution to revive a favorite concept from the past. “What we’re trying to do here is resurrect the legendary Mike Wallace’s first program. That was called ‘Night Beat,” he says. “It featured Wallace asking all kinds of unpredictable questions to famous people. The show is largely forgotten, but it was brilliant and we would like to try to bring it back in a very entertaining way.”

The podcast debuts in the same week as a similar concept from Sean Hannity, O’Reilly’s one time colleague at Fox News. Hannity’s “Hang Out,” also features interviews between host and various notables.

In the premiere episode, O’Reilly sits down with actor, activist, and provocateur Rob Schneider, the former “Saturday Night Live” cast member, who will discuss comedy, “SNL”, Donald Trump, the death of late-night television, religion and other topics.

“We’ll Do It LIVE!” premieres Thursday, March 12th. New episodes debut each Thursday on YouTube, across major podcast platforms, and on BillOReilly.com, and the First TV, a conservative opinion site that feature O’Reilly, Sean Spicer, Dana Loesch and others. Subscribers at BillOReilly.com also get exclusive previews of each episode and access to bonus material, behind-the-scenes footage, and an expanded version of the interview.

O’Reilly has stayed in media circle since leaving Fox in 2017, following the revelation that five women that received payments coming to about $13 million in exchange for agreeing not to pursue litigation or speak about accusations related to sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior. O’Reilly denied the allegations. In addition to launching his own “No Spin News,” available via subscription, he also makes frequent appearances on Nexstar Media’s NewsNation cable network.

O’Reilly is executive producer of the new podcast, and Josh Hammer, co-author of O’Reilly’s book “Confronting Evil” is a co-executive producer, along with Nicole Casey, who is executive producer of O’Reilly’s “No Spin News.”
