Jill Scott Announces ‘To Whom This May Concern’ World Tour Dates

Jill Scott has announced her 36-date “To Whom This May Concern” world tour, slated to kick off this summer.

The R&B singer is partnering with Live Nation Urban for the global run in celebration of her sixth album, which released in February. She’ll kick off the trek at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium before heading off across the United States with stops at Los Angeles’ YouTube Theatre and New York’s Kings Theatre. She’ll wrap the Stateside shows in Dallas on September 3 before heading off to Europe, the United Kingdom and South Africa, where the tour will conclude in Cape Town on November 11.

Presale begins on March 10 at 10 a.m. local time on her site. General on-sale starts on March 11 at 10 a.m. local time.

“To Whom This May Concern” was Scott’s first album in over a decade, touting collaborations with Ab-Soul, J.I.D., Tierra Whack and Too Short. The project also featured a long list of contributors including DJ Premier, Adam Blackstone, Om’Mas Keith, Camper, Andre Harris, Trombone Shorty, Seige Montracity, Eric Wortham, DW Wright and VT Tolan.
