Lauren Holly Slams Dennis Quaid And Ted Cruz Photo Op

"Lauren Holly has always been like that. I love this woman even more now."

commentFacebookPinterestLinkby Mychal ThompsonBuzzFeedBuzzFeed StaffIf you must know, I based my entire personality on Seasons 2-5 of "Girls," and I'm a huge gamer.

Dennis Quaid is hanging out with Trump and friends, and the internet is not into it.

"Dennis Quiad said he LOVES Donald Trump. Cool, now America HATES you," one person wrote.

The 71-year-old actor who played Ronald Reagan in the 2024 biopic actually flew to the Texas rally with the president of the United States and Texas Senator Ted Cruz.

Earlier in the day, when Cruz shared a photo alongside The Parent Trap star on Air Force One, people had a lot to say about it.

"Used to really like Dennis Quaid..."

"At least I got to slap him real hard in Any Given Sunday," she wrote.

If you didn't know, Holly and Quaid starred together in Oliver Stone's 1999 football drama Any Given Sunday, as the onscreen couple, quarterback Jack "Cap" Rooney and his wife Cindy Rooney.

In case you're wondering, here's the scene in question:

Reacting to Holly's Threads repsonse, one internet user said, "We salute you, Lauren." What What Happens Live host Andy Cohen added, "You win the day."

Over on X, people discussed the Cruz and Quaid photo op and Holly's brutal response, one person writing, "Lauren Holly has always been like that. I love this woman even more now."

"Lauren is my favorite person of the day today," someone else added, while another said, "Now I need to go watch that movie again just for that scene!"

Of course, in my honest opinion, violence is never the answer, but in this case, it's just a scene from a movie, so go off, queen.
