Festival La Onda the hugely popular annual Latin music event in Napa has been canceled for 2026.
No reason for the La Onda cancellation was given. But those tuning into the festivals website on Monday were greeted by the news in all caps that La Onda 2026 will no longer take place.

The 2026 La Onda festival was originally set for May 30-31 at its usual home of the Napa Valley Expo in downtown Napa which is the same place where its sister festival, BottleRock Napa Valley, annually takes place over Memorial Day weekend.
The festival was set to feature Maná, Ivan Cornejo, J Balvin and Christian Nodal as headliners. The bill also included Danny Ocean, Los Tucanes de Tijuana, Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, Paulo Londra, La Arrolladora, El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico, Grupo Niche and other acts.
Those who purchased passes through Front Gate Tickets will automatically receive a full refund in as little as 30 days, according to organizers.
This was to be the third annual La Onda, a festival that got its start in 2024. Organizers are certainly open to the idea of the festival returning at some point in the years to come.
We remain hopeful that a future Festival La Onda will be possible, organizers said in a statement. Until then, we are proud of what we created together and deeply grateful to the fans who supported La Onda.
