Colbert went live after President Donald Trump’s first State of the Union during his second term, starting nearly 30 minutes late after POTUS broke the record for the longest ever SOTU speech at over an hour and 45 minutes.

“It was incredibly long,” said Colbert, joking that the speech was so long that Senator Jon Ossoff turned into Christopher Walken during the evening.
