We thought the main reason WWE signed Danhausen was his potential as a mover of merchandise. WWE Legend and announcer/host Booker T said the former AEW talent “definitely could become a merchandising machine” on his Hall of Fame show this week; seems likely that’s been discussed in Stamford at some point.

So we’re not sure if this PWInsider Elite item is an indication the very nice, very evil demon-man’s t-shirt is outselling projections, or if it’s an indication that rumor WWE management was divided on whether or not to sign Danhausen at all was true.

Either way, Insider reports that company officials are “pleasantly surprised” by sales of Danhausen merch since his debut at Elimination Chamber last Saturday. As far as we can tell the only item that’s for sale is this t-shirt. Must be selling well.

According to the teeth-and-blimp loving star, it’s #1 on WWE Shop dot com. He told us while reminding us of his breakout moment on Raw:

Better send your monies, or… well, you saw what happened to the Mysterious Dominik.
