With just hours until the Tennessee Titans officially unveil their new logo and uniforms, an image of a retail jersey began circulating on social media on Tuesday afternoon that multiple sources have confirmed are the franchise’s new home jerseys.
The light blue jersey, which was posted to Instagram last month, is heavily influenced by the Titans’ time as the Houston Oilers, with a white “Titans” wordmark above white numbers outlined in red, matching the throwback uniforms they wore from 2023-24.
There’s a new red, white, navy and light blue striping pattern on the sleeves, however, that includes guitar strings, an obvious nod to Nashville’s status as “Music City,” as well as three navy blue stars under the armpits.
The three stars – which are pulled from the Tennessee state flag – can also be seen on the navy blue tag inside the back collar, though they’re rendered in red, while there’s a new “TN” monogram on the outside of the collar.
As the jersey was making the rounds, photos of quarterback Cameron Ward, defensive tackle Jeffrey Simmons and wide receiver Chimere Dike in the full uniforms were posted on Reddit, further confirming the legitimacy of the retail jersey.
The full uniforms show a white helmet with the same striping pattern down the center and, presumably, the Titans’ new logo on the sides. It, as we saw in a leak last month, is effectively a flameless version of their current logo in light blue and red.
The stripes are more pronounced on the sleeves of the white road jerseys, which feature a “Tennessee” wordmark across the chest, and white pants than they are on the light blue home jersey and matching pants, which appear that they’ll only be an option on the road.
That said, we’ll have unparalleled coverage of the uniforms when they’re officially revealed later this evening.
