The Rhode Island State Police Department says it responded around 11:15 p.m. to the crash on the northside of Route 295, near Exit 7.

Police say both were traveling on Route 295 when they collided. The crash caused the tractor-trailer to run off the right side of the road into a snowbank.
The driver of the front-end loader suffered minor injuries and was transported to hospital care.
The driver of the tractor-trailer did not report any injuries.
